Drop Off Details

 

Reminder: Threadworxs Fair is a Tabletop Exhibition. We do not have hanging space, as the venue prohibits anything nailed into any walls. 

If you are bringing an oversized piece, larger than a standard 11 x 14 frame, please bring along a suitable easel. We have some, but have been surprised at the number of extra large entries. We want to make sure everything can be exhibited. 

DROP OFF TIME: 1:00 - 4:00 CST with a grace period till 5:00 pm. Thursday JUNE 18, 2026  

Why a PILLOWCASE?  The white/ivory pillowcase does two things. It will protect frame edges from nicks and scrapes. And it gives your piece a home that we can pin an identifying number to. It is a double check for us to be sure what is dropped off at the show is picked up.
