 A quick reminder!

There are No Registration Fees or Signups for coming to the Fair!

The Exhibit and Market in the Granary are 

Donations at the Door. (And most gratefully accepted)

Exhibit Entries must be preregistered, for entering your pieces into the Exhibit. 

Form deadline is May 30, 2026. 

Entry fees and all the details are listed in the 

Exhibit Form section of the website.

The Classes will be announced soon and 

those will be arranged between you and the teachers. 

Each class fee will be paid at the time that you sign up directly to the teacher.  You may choose to take 1, 2, or 3 classes. The choice is totally yours!

Open social stitching is welcome!  Pull up a chair and stitch at the Black Lodge Coffee Shop. Settle in to a comfortable place at the Working Man’s Institute. The breakfast room at the New Harmony Inn is so inviting for guests staying there. Or bring your lawn chair to one of a number of parks around town.  More to come on that!

Yes, you will be “retreating” to New Harmony for an immersive, exciting and at the same time relaxing, one two or three days!  However, this participatory Exhibit, shopping experience, and stimulating class agenda is 

not a retreat with an all inclusive price tag.
