Fair Exhibit Forms are now available for pick up at the Shop. Our address is 1132 Poplar St. Terre Haute, IN. 

Shop hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-4:00 EST

One form for each entry please. 

Limit of 3 entries for each stitcher. 

Entry pre-registration DEADLINE 

MAY 30, 2026. 

All forms and fees must be received back by this date.
